We understand there’s been some confusion about recent changes to our site. Below, we’ll clarify these updates and explain the reasoning behind them.

Premium Video Access

Videos longer than 15 minutes are now classified as "premium" and are exclusive to users with VIP status. This change affects approximately 10% of the 150,000+ videos on our platform.

Why the Change?

Our goal is to encourage more uploads to keep our community vibrant. To incentivize this, we’ve tied VIP status to uploading:

• Uploading one video (of any length) grants 72 hours of VIP access.
• Each additional approved video extends VIP status by another 72 hours.

Easier Uploading for Everyone

To make uploading more accessible, we’ve made the following changes:

• Public Uploads: No partner account is required to upload videos anymore.
• Removed Upload Cap: We’ve eliminated restrictions on upload limits, allowing larger videos.

Larger videos increase bandwidth usage, which raises our hosting costs. By placing these videos behind a premium status, we can manage costs while supporting bigger uploads.
